Coach Jim Algeo has been at the helm of Landale Catholic since 1967. He started his coaching career at Cardinal Dougherty in Philadelphia, made a stop at Sun Valley in Delaware County then landed and grew roots here at Lansdale Catholic. Entering his 40th year at LC he has a record of 276-157-15. Coach Algeo has established a winning tradition and sense of pride among those that have played for LC. |
| He has coached the Crusaders to eight league championships, five district 1 championships, one undefeated season, the PIAA Class AA Eastern State semi-finals and the 2004 PIAA Class AA State Championship. Creating high powered offenses and stubborn defenses along with his tenacity to take on high caliber non-league games(Bethlehem Catholic, North Schuykill, North Penn, C.B. East) the LANSDALE CATHOLIC FIGHTING CRUSADERS winning tradition will continue. |  |
